OLUFEMI & Co. is led by Lolu Olufemi (a.k.a. Lolu Lessons), a leadership development speaker, trusted adviser and high impact facilitator. With an Imperial College London MBA and17+ years across Big 4 firms leading teams and working with multinational clients, Lolu brings hands-on experience in people-centred change management and leadership. Lolu has worked with clients across financial services, government, energy, retail and media.

Raised in Scotland, born in Nigeria, and having lived in seven different cities, Lolu has experienced first-hand the complexities of personal and professional transitions. Her own journey from finance, to change management, to launching OLUFEMI & Co. has shaped a deeply human approach to leadership development. Change isn't just something she advises on. It's something she's lived.
